We want you to love your Emo Nite gear, but if it's not a phase and just doesn't fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor its journey back to us.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
